How can I book a Taxi?

There are a number of ways to book your travel with us.

  • By email.
  • By telephone.
  • Mobile SMS.
  • Online booking form.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept either cash at the end of the journey or you may pay using a debit/credit card. If your booking is on account then there is nothing to pay until we send you an invoice.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, there is nothing to be concerned about. We monitor flights all all airports. Our drivers are only dispatched after your your flight has landed.

Will your driver help with wheelchair access?

This is part of the service we provide. We will make every effort to help our customers with wheelchairs and board the vehicle.

Where does the driver meet at airports?

We have selected suitable meeting points inside arrivals of all terminals. We will make any necessary adjustments to arrange suitable meeting points.

I wish to cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking, we will need 24 hours notice on airport transfers and at least 6 hours notice on local taxi bookings.
